As part of your induction, this Cultural Responsiveness training will guide you through key concepts to support your role. You’ll begin by defining culture and reconnecting with your own cultural identity and worldview—reflecting on how these shape your daily practice.
The session will introduce the Cultural Competence Continuum, encouraging reflection on where your service currently sits and how we can grow together. You’ll explore practical examples and be supported to commit to ongoing learning and meaningful change as we work toward more culturally responsive and inclusive environments.
